I have the slow cooker going for this one. Tge Mrs is pickling Beets, canning beans today so the kitchen is a very busy place. I have this on high for 4 1/2 hours but will check it at 3.5 . Thank Outdoorwriter for pumping me up with all those food porn posts. I am going to cook a little more now.

Should be done in a half hour. The pork is getting tender now. Some Sourdough Hatch Chile Cheddar and Cheese bread to go with that I bought .
