I love meat pies but never made one. My wife makes excellent pie crusts too, I may mix up a filling and see if I can prevail upon her to make a crust.

I like a good dose of gravy in meat pies, an reason I guy couldn’t add some gravy to the mix?

Moist and runny dinner pies are the only way to eat them!!

If it's watery gravy, just thicken it a bit with a flour roux.

The flour roux is definitely harder than corn starch, but the flavor profile is better. Love smooth silky gravy in a pie
