How does everyone keep in tune during the off-season.
Here is a few pictures of what I do waiting for deer season.

Anyone else have any ways to keep the bow hunting alive in the off-season?

Lik2hnt,
Thats awesome, I just target shoot, I almost never shoot field tips as I like to shoot my broadheads to keep my bow tuned for hunting situations.

How dose you bowfishing setup work? What brand do you use and do you use thoes really long arrows that I have seen come with most of the set ups?

I ask because I have access to about 50 acres of wetlands where in the ponds have some massive sized carp, and I have an old PSE F4 Maxis that I've been thinking about setting up for bowfishing.

Any bow will work. Do not use your good hunting bow. I think a bow that shoots off the shelf or a flipper rest works best. My latest is a PSE Mohave and my friend shoots a PSE Nova I think. Yes you shoot those long and heavy arrows. The arrows and spool can be purchased at Cabela's.

Wow, looks like a couple of head shots and a center punched jack. For all of us who have hunted jack rabbits with a bow we know how hard it is to get one.
Haven't been carp hunting for a few years, but I've got the itch now!
