Leftover Antelope Question

Hey guys I have a quick question I drew my buck tag through the draw but was wanting to pick up a doe tag or two I saw they have a few on the leftover list can I buy them when they go on sale on the 6th of July or do I have to wait until the 20th when the doe/fawn licenses go on sale? Thanks
