Lemon Butter Garlic Scampi, with Shrimp stuffed Mushrooms

Went out driving my Austin Healey all afternoon in the cold sunshine. In Idaho you take nice days when you can. Warmed up in the kitchen when I got back!!

Shrimp, and shrimp stuffed mushrooms, Caesar salad. Since the girls don't do seafood, they got spoiled with just pork mushrooms and Panko-breaded chicken thighs!
