Again.....the government didn’t take away the kids rights. The mom did. Whether you like it or not, she has rights. She hasn’t been convicted. Let the system work it through. The system will get it right. Stop acting like a nazi and wanting to do away with rights.
She has constitutional rights. Be glad for that fact.

Chad had a phone call to Lori and said he killed a Raccoon in the back yard and buried it in the Pet Cemetary. He burned a body before he buried. The other kid was wrapped in black plastic.

There isn't any doubt she is crazy as a bat, but did she know right from wrong? When people cover up their crimes that is pretty good evidence they knew what they did was wrong.

Very few criminals are ultimately found innocent by reason of insanity. The one case I always remember is a man suffering from schizophrenia broke into a house and murdered the occupants. Days later when the police showed up he was still there sitting at the kitchen table eating their food. No effort made to escape or cover up his crime. He was truly insane.

The funny thing is that she says she is religious so if that is true she has to know what judgment is coming and it won't matter if they say she is unfit to stand trial then.
She will get her full judgment and will burn in hell for it........
