Thanks. Those lopes and deer are almost all on accessible lands, in MT and other western states. Some is private property enrolled in state access programs, most is public. The elk are all on public. The mountain goats, moose, and caribou are all on public.
Takes a lot of research, but that is what the off season is for. If ever the BLM runs out of map inventory, they can call me for refills, but my maps are pretty abused and marked up. I hope my laptop never dissappears, as my Google Earth overlays and markers would be a loss of hundreds of hours of scouting, besides being valuable to hunters with tags in these areas.
Most the antelope are eastern MT, central WY, northeastern NM, or northwestern NV. The deer are mostly central and eastern MT, eastern NV, southern WY, western CO, AZ Strip. The elk are MT, NM, AZ, and NV.
Glad you liked it. The networks have a bunch of our footage. Hope to be able to provide a better update on the project in a month or so. Most likely, it will result in nothing more than the best collection of home hunting video I could ever ask for. I have lots more than those few clips I have loaded on that site you were surfing.
Hope you get a Breaks tag on Monday, so long as it isn't my Breaks tag!
