PIW tags

Can someone please explain to me what the Partnership in Wildlife (PIW) tags are? Yes Ive read the description in the proclamation book but I still really dont understand what the tag is and what it costs. How is one made eligible for it, etc? Thanks

When you apply you will be given the option to participate in the PIW application. It will cost you a nominal fee to participate. If you draw you can hunt any open unit during an open season with the respective weapon type. The cost of the tag is the same as the regular tags.
