The recent jalapeños have been huge, juicy, and crazy flavorful so we've been eating plenty of poppers. So tonight i pounded out some crazy tender calf elk steaks, wrapped a cream cheese stuffed pepper in the meat, seasoned, top with bacon, now a tomato, basil, rosamary, and hit the smoker for 2 hours. Still cooking as I type. Threw in a couple of drum sticks and hole tomatoes. Post more later......
