Got a really nice 8# pork butt on sale, so the girls thought sandwiches sounded really good for dinner tonight. Have a big cold front moving thru, so windy as all get-out. Put up a couple boards to block the wind, and temp seems to be fairly stable. I guess we will see how it does.
Cleaned and patted dry, rubbed my own blend of spices on it and threw it on the gas grill. Going to do it natural today, with no smoke, just the seasoning and try for a good crisp. Figure about 6 hours at 225-240, then wrap until dinner. May try the Sweet Baby Ray's sauce on it before wrapping.
