Skewers look great! Did you make the rice yourself, as it is not as yellow as a lot of the mixes I see. Some go way overboard on the saffron and turmeric, and it almost overpowers the meal.

I can't take credit for the rice, it's out of a packet, It think the brand is Zatarains. Not sure of the spelling.
