Returning a CO tag?

It says if you return your tag before the season starts and ask for your points back and NO refund you will have them returned. it doesn't say but am I right to take it that you won't get a point for that year ?

You are correct. I had to return an area 61 third season deer tag in 2007. I received my points back (8 at the time) but did not gain an additional point.

Dang, I was afraid of that. if you put in for multiple draws with overlapping seasons you know why I'm asking.

Sooner or later if you put in for enough draws it will happen.
