Buttered and grilled marbled rye, thin sliced corned beef, plenty of 'kraut, and horseradish Thousand Island dressing! My Goodness, what are the poor people doing???

No, I cheated on the corned beef. I have a whole bunch cooked and frozen in packages for Irish dinners, but since I was buying groceries anyway to leave today for hunting in WY I just had the girl thin slice some. Lots of our stores carry pastrami, but only one (Albertson's) stocks corn beef in the deli.
 
Well it still looks good. That said, I can't recall us ever buying already cooked corned beef. Our reubens are usually the follow-up meal of a corned beef roast meal.
