We’re on a cruise ship in Hawaii. I’ll keep track of my favorites. So far the NY steak was really good, the prime rib was tough. The breaded Tilapia was surprisingly good

Horseradish sauce and Au jus usually helps with tough/dry prime rib……..
 
I never envy a prime rib chef. Trying to cook large roasts to rare, then searing them to get all the various "perfect" doneness would be a tough (literally) job!!
