The cold salad special...

...featuring tuna, macaroni & potato salads last night, along with a supporting cast of kosher & dill pickles, black & green olives, celery, carrots, jicama, scallions, tomatoes & hard-boiled egg. A light dusting of Creole seasoning & a couple dashes of LA hot sauce in key spots provided some zing.

I had all I could do to finish it all. A pork chop is on the menu for tonight.

Looks good ODW. The egg makes me wish our hens would start laying. They melted and one started laying but then quit. We haven't had 4 to 5 eggs a day since October.

I was going to make deviled eggs, which I prefer, but making all the salads wore me out.
