Kinder's Bourbon Peach seasoning this time as a friend said it is really good. Almost halfway done. I don't use the foil 3-2-1 method as I think they get too mushy.

I will be bring them out in a half hour.
I remove the skin from the bone side. Layer on some season such as the Kinders Bourbon Peach I bought at Sam's Club and press into meat with my hands. Wrap in saran wrap for 4 hours.
Heat Electric Smoker to 250°.
Put them in and I had 3 ribs so I used the top 2 racks.
Fill the little tube with Alder Chips I had soaked in water for 30 minutes then drained. Add a pan every 30 minutes.
At 3.5 hours I baste with Stubbs Sticky Sweet Sauce and repeat again after an hour.
Usually I don't baste but decided to do it today.
They are done when they reach 190° as I wrap them in foil and then wrap them with a towel for 25 minutes then enjoy with some fresh Stubbs Sauce to dip in.
My pics will be posted soon as they came out before I was done typing this.
