Always enjoy your pics bcboy! Thanx for sharein parts of our country some of us may never get to see!

Glad you enjoyed them. We were in whiteout conditions when we drove the Dempster from Dawson to Inuvik and back again. Was thankfull to finally get some clear weather on our last day in Dawson so we went back up to Tombstone so we could actually see it.

We brought 3 spare tires which I was fortunate enough to have not needed, 4 jerry cans on the roof, plus the camping gear and supplies to cover a family of 4 with a dog for 3 weeks. Certainly was a load for the Nissan but it handled it very well especially given the harsh conditions we were in. The Dempster was deep mud and snow that week. 700 Kms of the 750 km one way drive done in 4 wheel drive. Was a blast. Can't wait to do it again when the highway is extended to the Arctic Ocean.

Those are some awesome pictures! You sure are lucky to live in/nearby such a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing.
