Who Loves Meatloaf?

Since I got out the meat and made burgers, we went ahead and made the meatloaf too. It slices up so well and makes amazing sandwiches too. This frees up the oven for my fish tomorrow.

The wife and MIL love ketchup on their meatloaf. I'm not a fan, and prefer brown gravy so I can drown the mashed potatoes. Since it's their dinner, I put on extra red!!

Make grilled meatloaf sandwiches. Just like grilled cheese and use a slice of cheese on it. Rye Bread works great !
