Youth any bull permits

Can anyone tell me what units the youth permits are good for? I cannot find any details in the proc or website other than dates. Are these permits on general season any bull areas or limited entry??

Youth any bull is only valid in general "any bull" areas. It does not allow the hunter to hunt any limited entry areas.
I know, not what you wanted to hear...

And the late hunt is only for a small area of the Basin.

It does give the youth a better chance at a good hunt. Only hunt going on and its in the rut. There's some good bulls killed every year during it.

If you pick a open bull area that borders a LE area. The pressure may push some good bulls into the open bull area. But it isn't a LE hunt. But fun for the kids with not alot of hunters. In most casses. Here is a picture of my sons youth hunt bull. His first elk at the time. He had turned 15 two weeks before the hunt.
