No Tag yet. I keep checking their website to see what changes they are making to the walk in and management areas (I have heard there are going to be some). It just says it is still in the works and to check back later. I imagine they have to get that worked out before they can send the tags...

I was always under the impression that Utah didn't average points but just used the number of points of the person with the least amount. I know Wyoming averages points but I didn't think Utah did. I may be wrong though.

To get a refund you have to turn the tag back atleast 30 days prior to the hunt. They will keep a $25 "refund fee". You keep your points plus one for this year as stated above.

Draw results are due out the 30th. I would bet that cards start getting hit around the 20th.
