I have the Lil'Chief (?) smoker and the book that came with calls for a 'brine'..lots of salt. Needless to say,it comes out salty. I need to find something better. Tag to read later.

Don't know how much help this will be but we just came back from a unit8 deer hunt. Camped on the 354 down by Pine Flat. Lot of bulls going off at night. Most water holes had blinds on them. No idea where they will be in Dec. Good luck to the Mrs's.
