Great day on the mountain! Got in on a herd that had four bulls bugling. slipped in to 100 yds of some cows. I fell back 50 yds and blew a few yearning cow calls. The herd bull came to within 10 yds of my wife and tagged her sixth archery bull.

Anybody been checking cameras? First year in a while I didn't set cameras and I'm kicking myself. I'm curious how those mountain bulls and bucks are growing this year. Bulls should be done now and bucks are close.

Curious if a Ewe tag pops up on FCFS, will a NR burn their sheep points in picking up the Ewe tag. I don't recall if there are points specific to Ewes.

A little early but thought I'd get this going. Was in central Idaho opening day and although I saw elk, nothing would talk. I did get into a group of cows in the evening and heard regular cow talk but no bugles.

When will colorado post up the draw odds report showing how many points were required for each hunt?

We hunted hard and tagged out. Took this guy at 230 yds on the last day of the hunt. His ears are tore up. He was a scrapy buck. The bucks were just starting to sniff around at the end of our hunt. This last season should be incredible. Thanks to everyone who helped us out!
