I drew a Sargents elk tag in October and have never been there. What I want to know is can I ride my horses in now with a copy of my tag or do I need a GAINS permit until October.

just got my ranking number for my oryx management hunt (#46) was pretty pumped. opened my sons antelope management hunt (#3346) didnt realize they didnt put a cap on them
