Wonder how F&G is going to explain after the 2nd drawing of the 283 Special We SCREWED UP TAGS how they came to this FAIR conclusion !! if u look at the hunts that had Invalid tags drawn most ONLY have One or Two tags SO am I correct to guess that if say a group put in for any of these draws & there is only say one tag NOBODY but the single apps will or can be drawn ??? what about the 3 or 4 person groups so these people get HOSED a 2nd time around !!! Thanks Virgil Moore again !!!

There will still be those tags that people decided not to pick up, there always seems to be at least a couple of those for each hunt.

IDFG turned this into a winner for them. They are giving the law abiding another shot, keeping the sales to the crooked or stupid parents, and selling more licenses. To bad they don't care more about the actual wildlife or the quality of the hunting experience. Life sure must be easy without integrity getting in the way.

The age limitations suggested by the IDFG were called a "guidance". A lot of people were confused, including employees of the IDFG who counseled some 10 y.o.'s to apply.

I believe this was an IDFG error from start to finish, and hope it was an accidental oversight and not an orchestrated fleecing.

In the meantime, I hope you're paying all your bills on time.

what this was was a total F&G ERROR the regs CLEARLY state ANY ERRONEOUS INFORMATION on an APPLICATION will be INVALID !!! pretty DAMN clear !!! doesn't matter who didn't read it or who tried to break the law or if F&G told someone something wrong!!! the apps submitted were ALL BASED ON Wrong info !! & F&G goes on in the regs to say they will be considered to be INVALID & will NOT BE USED !!! if you put in the wrong info on your app wrong hunt # wrong license # or it unreadable it is kicked out of the system !!!! END OF STORY !! F&G is now trying to get the people that they hosed by NOT pulling ALL of those INVALID apps out, to buy that it was going to take SOOOOOOO much more time to pull & redraw another 2500 plus correct apps. BUT that is exactly what they are doing right now with the 283 extra tags !!!
