Bill Elk area 63

I drew this tag. Never been there before.

Any insight of where to start scouting would be very helpful, and when is the best time of year to hunt this area? Hunt is from Sept 1-Nov 30.

Try scouting in Unit 63. Make friends with farmers. pray for snow. Hunt the northern boundary west of Dubois and hope they cross from 58/59 down into the hay fields

bill elk are the hardest ones to find

I've always worked my butt off for elk and never once sent them a bill?

Perhaps I'm doing it wrong and should bill elk?

If a bill or William elk identifies as a Wilma do you need a cow tag to shoot it?

Bill Elk were decimated by the Cow-vid Virus. Now there are only Bill Antelope in 63.
