One of these days I’ll learn to only take out one package of halibut. This was AFTER a family of 4 ate. The dogs will eat good tonight and I see halibut tacos for lunch tomorrow. Tried a couple different batter mixes this time. Still not as good as old reliable.

I can't get a flight out until 0600. Will there be any left after lunch??

Try marinating in plain yellow mustard overnight then shake in McCormick Cajun coating!
Try it you won’t be disappointed!

I put a spoonful of Huy Fong garlic/chili sauce in the wet batter to give it a bit of 'bite.'
