Blank you have my admiration I don't know how you do it if I ate like you do everyday I would be #300 plus. LOL
I think you missed your calling you should have been in Food advertising. Your dishes look better than Mickey D's on TV LOL
 
Not gonna lie, it is easy to eat TOO good and start putting on the weight. I use a guide, and it is called a wife. If she tells me she is gaining weight, we get out more, and cut back a lot of the pasta and carbs!!
 
I don't worry about weight too much since I'm pretty much a one-meal-a-day type. But I've tossed around eating more organic foodstuffs & maybe even growing some. Problem is I can't find any bacon or steak seeds. :rolleyes:
