Wow, that is brutal. I am thinking it is in the left lane and gets hit on the back end like HORNhunter7 is saying. Lives can end in an instant with vehicles accidents. Sometimes we need those reality checks. Thanks for sharing.

Correct - you can see it being disconnected at this point in the collision.

Years ago on 287 in north Texas I drove up on a motor home wreck. I did not see the wreck but came upon it probably 30 seconds after it had occurred.

I have seen 2 plane crashes in my life. I was sure this was a third. Besides the wheels and drive train there wasn't anything bigger than 2 feet square and the wreckage probably covered 300 yards in length. Those things are as solid as a tissue box
