My question is do you have to purchase a habitat stamp to hunt rabbits on BLM? The proclomation says residents do not need a license to hunt rabbits. But it also says anyone hunting on BLM must purchase a Habitat Stamp. I called the NMG&F and the girl said she'd have to get back to me. Just...
