How wide is this buck. He doesn't have much else going for him, but he's the widest buck I've seen while hunting.

I was told the same thing and didn't even think about it until half way through my shooting session. I didn't pay any attention to that, so I doubt they are in line. the only one I checked was not. So maybe they just like my setup, I don't know.

I watched a 185"ish hold onto them until about April 10th last year. That's a lot of days of checking on him. Then somebody else still beat me to the set that didn't even know he existed!

If you don't plan on getting back into archery full time, then I would go with a crossbow. I could see a pure archer not enjoying it, but I think a rifle hunter would. It will take less time to get used to. A bunch of my friends have been getting crossbows in PA. They say it's no archery...
