How did the hunt go?

lucked out this year with a 121L deer tag and a 161 muzzy elk tag in September. Getting maps ordered up but interested to hear whatever anyone is willing to share about 161. Planning to backpack in as of now but waiting on the maps to determine access points and distances. Chasing rutting elk...

I drew 121L. I've been through there but never hunted it. Ordering maps and hoping to learn what the deer do, if anything, by the first few days of November. Thanks.

I gotta find one up there this Friday. Havent tried it before. Ive got a 4 wheeler if it's necessary. Anybody have any ideas?

Anybody know of someone with a couple extra horses that will charge a reasonable price to go on a one or two day horseback ride up around Chama? I've searched online and the one company I found didn't return a call. Thanks for any info.
