Unit 53 has been on a downward trend for the last few years. This year the DOW cut 10% of the tags in the unit and with the hype that HuntinFool gave it the points jumped a bunch. 4th season takes 15+ now. There will be a lot of disappointed hunters in 53 this year. Jerad

Due to a steady decline in deer numbers in that unit the DOW will be cutting 10% of the deer tags. Remember that the amount of points it takes to draw a unit does not directly reflect the quality that is in the unit. I have noticed that the area doesn't have the mature bucks like it used to. JC

If your talking about a National Park. You can't hunt in them. You can drive on there roads but you may have to have a parks pass. JC
