I own the same gun...It is absolutely the most accurate rifle I have ever shot...I have shot several groups that were all touching...I'm looking forward to working up a handload, however it shoots the factory ammo so well I don't think there is much room for improvement...I have shot everything...

I finally got some ammo for the .17 Hornet, sighted it in 1 inch high @ 100 yds...Shot a five shot group that I could cover with a nickel...I think it will be awesome on everything from potguts to foxes...I'm going to take it this weekend calling coyotes we'll see if it will work for that...Wish...
I ordered a case from Cheaper than dirt and it is supposed to be here Friday...I'm excited to try it out...From what I found online it should have the same trajectory as a .223...Should be a fun gun...We'll see how it is when I get my ammo...

Jim, Great story...I love it when a plan comes together...A few years ago I had a hunter @ Vermejo Park kill a bull with dews like that and we could hear this weird clicking sound when he was coming in to the call and we decided it was those dew claws making the noise... Congrats to the hunter...
