He looks very similar to a bull I saw on FB that was harvested with a muzzle loader. The swords have that same curve, and the 5ths and 6ths are pretty close as well, from what I can see in these pictures. I'm no expert by any means, but I'd say this guys is 370+. Nice bull!

Just thought I'd throw this out there in case others aren't aware. I know Millard County is a hot spot for the spring light goose hunt. It will not open on February 28 as the proclamation originally stated, but will open Monday March 2 to accommodate the Snow Goose Festival around Gunnison...

A lot of factors go into the decision. Am I confident no other hunters are in the vicinity that may be tracking the bull? Am I confident that another in my camp would tag it? Could I get to camp and get a buddy back to shoot the animal and tag it? How far are you from a road or cell...

I am no expert, but my first word of advice would be to never say that your wife is not in great shape.

BTW, after we got him opened up, we discovered both shots had connected with his vitals, about two inches apart. I was only shooting 70 yards, so I was embarrassed that I had missed the first shot. Glad I was able to salvage a little dignity.
