central mountains manti, not much service where i hunt it. she's telling me to go anyway. the way i look at the draw odds, there's a 2/3 chance she drew it to 1/3 for me. she had 13%, i had 6.8%. also i am in a wheelchair and will probably get an extension to hunt. crossing my fingers.

i always thought it would be a great idea to allow hunters with deer or elk tags to tag a cougar. obviously only in open harvest areas that haven't met there quota. this way if you stumbled across one during your hunt you could shoot it without the cost of hiring a guide.

I can look at the URL code on who has taken the survey and i dont see many who have re-taken it multiple times. i will sort through them and delete then if they abuse the survey.

I wish there was. i was hoping that making it longer would prevent people from doing that. i think if this survey got a couple thousand responses that it would out weigh the obsessed people who fill it out multiple times.
