It's my wife's secret recipe, all I know is she uses a salt water brown sugar brine for 24 to 36 hours the rest is all her.

That looks perfect! Those salmon are pretty hard to come by up north here in Humboldt. I saw a few roll when I was halibut fishing a couple weeks ago but I think they were Silvers, which we can't keep.
