I’ve been hearing good things about beef ? from this place. Some Facebook and from others. Yesterday on my way to the cabin, (5 hr drive) I stopped by (Parowan Utah) and bought a big ribeye. Grilled it yesterday evening. Excellent steak.

First time for almost everything. Who else has tried this? Okay by me but the ribeye went from raw to well done too fast. I prefer not to eat a good steak that quickly.
Sautéed some onions, garlic and mushrooms, then fried a ground mixture of mule deer, Nilgai, boneless pork ribs and some bacon ends. Covered the meat patty with the onion mixture and some aged Swiss cheese and served it on sourdough roll. Very tasty
I’m picking up my 2018 Yukon this morning that is on its 4th master cylinder in 3 months. I’m thinking that something else is the real issue. Anyone else have this problem. Brake pedal goes to the floor at slow speed
