Hadn't hunted the Black Hills in about 15 years, but gave it a shot while I was visiting for Thanksgiving. Couldn't find the prairie deer I was looking for and teamed up with my hunting partner to put this one on the ground the final 1/2 hour of season. We had passed on him several times...

Fellas, and gals as far as that goes, I have several wall pedestal mule in my home, so want to try something new. Does anyone have a good example of a mule deer pedestal mount. I will probably go with a table mount, but not against a floor either. Thanks all.

Fellas were out in force this morning. They are strutting heavy, so I was able to get in fairly close without flushing them. It was a good morning in northern Montana.

Needed a hunting fix, so went through some pics from last duck season. Here is my partner in action. He even collects the decoys when we are done.;-)

I only have one battery for my fz-10. After looking on ebay, I see them anywhere from $5 to $40 bucks. Is there much difference (other than price)? Is a generic battery just as good as a replacement from Panasonic? Many thanks.
