I heard that at the commission meeting they banned trail cams yesterday. I am having trouble finding any info on the state website. Anyone watch the meeting and have any details? When it goes into effect? Will there be a season like NV?

As per website it looks like they will give you a certain amount of time to pay for your tag if you draw. If you do not pay for it, you loose your points and the tag. So does the tag go the alternate? or does it go to the leftover tag pool? or does it just disappear? My guess is it will be...

Well a deer tag showed up in my 12 year old sons portal this morning. He is a non-resident and has pending tag number 16 in unit 12B late. Lucky little bugger!

I got an email from Colorado DNR giving me a chance to change my goat unit. I have until 4 pm thursday to change it so the draw could start as soon as thursday night.

Just wondering what everyone thinks about how many points it will take to get the cheap NR deer tag for G this year. My group is going in with 5.5 ave and I am not certain it will be a for sure thing this year.

I mailed in my NR Goat, Sheep, and Moose apps on the same day, different envelopes. Goat check cleared on march 27, moose cleared on april 9, and sheep check has not cleared yet. Did it get lost in the mail or is there still a chance? Anyone checked to see if their sheep check cleared?

Nevada just went to the top of my list for the year. $345.50 if you count the PIW fee that will hit later for non res non refundable all species with silver state apps. I don't know how much more I can take. Those are some pretty expensive bonus points!

In the past I know that they combined the quota for area 43 2nd and 3rd season deer. It appears that they separated them for 2010, am I correct on that? If they were still combined the odds seem to be pretty jacked up.

I know that a resident can guide 2 nonresident hunters per year if he gets the paperwork and gets no compensation. The hunter is required to be "accompanied" by the guide. Anyone know exactly what that means? Side by side in the field? Same camp? Same drainage? Within eyesight? Show you...

Look like alot of people cashed out this year. Most notable are 21,30,35,44,53,66,68, and 70 to name a few. Alot of those had 3 point jumps to draw this year. Think it will hold true for next year or fall back down?
