Anybody have any pictures or cool ways of mounting up a nice set of elk sheds? I remember one guy on here at a fake skull you could mount horns onto, but if I remember right that was only deer?

Shot this boar this morning. Spotted him at about four hundred yards, and an hour later put a round in him from 25 yards. Went down only fifty feet from where I shot him, but took almost two hours to find in the mess of a creek bottom we were in. First picture is how we finally found him.

Went for a little walk today through a burned out bench I knew some bulls had been hanging out on and got lucky. Spent a couple hours looking for its match but he must've really hid that one.

They saw a couple real monsters, but couldn't get on them. Saw quite a few this size and passed on one or two a bit bigger. Decided on the last day this guy would do. She couldn't be happier.

I live in MT but am planning on hunting in ID this year as well. Ive been through this area alot and seen good deer numbers from the high way. I was just curious if there is good access into areas with good deer numbers and what kind of trophy potential there isin this area.
