I hunted the February season in 32, but as I understand you can hunt the rest of the season in other units. Are there Barbary in any of those units? Just curious if anyone hunts them.
Way. To go! Sounds like your dad and you had a good time. I ended up not getting any but had 7 ewes on private land about 100 yds away! So. I. Least got to see a flock!

Well I finally walked over a ridge and 7 ewes jumped up and looked at me! There are Barbary sheep!
4 mature and 3 young ones. They were about 100 yards away, they were on the other side of a fence which happened to be private property! Dang! Beautiful animals!

Way to go, tell the young man he did well, I love to see the red cheeks, a tradition with my family!
Vini, you are always happy and with family, with great people like you our sporting traditions will be carried on to our children, and theirs.
I have a opportunity to pick up some land owner tags for 5a, he says it is on a private ranch and the success rate is high. Anyone have some experience in 5a? New area to me.
We hunted 2a earlier very hard for 3 days! We only seen 3 does and one small buck that was in the park in La Plata! Didn't think the locals would appreciate me shooting it though! Haha
We have been up their a couple times scouting, and have found a few groups of does and yearlings. Haven't seen any bucks at all. Has any one tried hunting off the West arm of Navaho Lake by boat??
